Underwater Portrait Commission Structure
Looking for a unique portrait opportunity? I would love to paint you and/or the favorite swimmers in your life. Original oil paintings provide a lasting impressionistic snapshot that will live beyond the the normal life cycle of traditional photographic portraiture. I strive to combine striking composition, athletic movement and graceful ease at which the body can move through water in each of my paintings.
My experience has shown how much my subjects love the process of being photographed underwater then interpreted and portrayed on canvas as a work of art. I have worked with subjects of all ages and swimming abilities and love creating these pieces for others who share my affinity for being submerged in water.
Pricing below reflects a single subject with photo shoot.
Recipients will receive the selected digital image and archival oil portrait on canvas. Each canvas will feature a wrap around image on a 1 1/2” profile which will make framing optional.

- 18″ x 24″ $450
- 24” x 36” $575
- 30” x 40” $650
Please contact me regarding sizes not listed. I have never met a canvas too large.
